  • Split-kettlebell design developed with Dr. Aaron Horschig of Squat University: The weight doesn’t rest on your wrist like a traditional kettlebell, increasing shoulder stability demands.
  • Five weight options: 18 lb (8 kg), 26 lb (12 kg), 35 lb (16 kg), 44 lb (20 kg), and 53 lb (24 kg).
  • Built for overhead training: Excels at Turkish getups, overhead presses (kneeling, half-kneeling, standing), KB windmills, isometric holds, and overhead squats.
  • Ultra-wide handle: Comfortable for two-handed kettlebell swings.
  • Bottom-portion handles double as front-rack support: Works well for goblet squats and front-rack movements.
  • Made in the USA, patented: Ductile cast iron with matte black Sandtex powder coat finish. Debossed weight indications and AbMat branding.
