The Accu-Tac WB-4 is a Picatinny-mount rifle bipod in black anodized 6061-T6 aluminum. The WB series is Accu-Tac’s wide base design, with the legs mounted farther apart than on a conventional bipod. A wider stance resists side-to-side rocking, which is what moves a shot at long range. Accu-Tac builds its bipods for precision and long-range shooting.
6061-T6 is an aircraft aluminum alloy with a strength-to-weight ratio that keeps a bipod rigid without adding much weight. Anodizing puts the finish into the metal surface rather than on top. It won’t chip off at the mounting points where a painted bipod wears first.
The WB-4 is the shorter wide-base model, sized for prone shooting from flat ground. A low bipod is stable but can’t clear tall grass. Choose leg length by where you shoot, since that decides what the bipod is for. Load the bipod forward slightly for a consistent recoil impulse. A firm, repeatable setup is what turns a good rifle into a consistent one. It clamps to a standard Picatinny rail. Pair it with Accu-Tac spike claws for soft ground. Browse more shooting supports.
