BodyKore CF2107 Vertical Knee Raise
The BodyKore CF2107 Vertical Knee Raise is a supported hanging core station that allows vertical knee raise, leg raise, and oblique twist movements in a controlled upright position. The forearm pads and upright back support position the body at the correct angle for abdominal flexion movements without requiring grip strength as a limiting factor. The backrest maintains spinal alignment throughout the movement, and the wide, stable base keeps the station in place during explosive core contractions.
