The Bulldog Pit Bull 40 in Black Soft Rifle Case is shaped to fit scoped or non-scoped rifles and uses 1-1/2 inches of soft closed-cell padding. A durable water-resistant nylon shell surrounds a laminated brushed tricot lining that resists scratching. One rifle fits per case. A plain black finish suits any rifle.
A full-length 8 zipper with a pull opens the case end to end. Bulldog states that the Pit Bull case will float, which adds a layer of security around boats and docks. The closed-cell foam is what keeps it buoyant.
Bulldog lists exterior dimensions, so allow a couple of inches when measuring your rifle. The 40-inch length suits a carbine or short AR. It is a budget-friendly case for range trips and storage. Longer Pit Bull cases are in our firearm cases and range bags.
