The Deflecto A038/16-A is a semi-rigid aluminum vent duct designed for efficient air handling in residential and commercial applications. This 8-foot duct is commonly used for venting clothes dryers, bathroom exhaust fans, and kitchen range hoods. Its semi-rigid construction combines the durability of aluminum with flexibility, making it suitable for both professional installations and DIY projects.
Semi-rigid ducts solve common ventilation problems by resisting sagging, collapsing, and bunching that can reduce airflow efficiency. The aluminum material withstands high temperatures and resists corrosion, ensuring reliable performance over time. Whether you’re upgrading an existing ventilation system or installing new exhaust components, this duct provides consistent airflow and long-lasting durability.
