Fitness Jogging Belt Large
Originally designed as part of a rehabilitation program for injured runners, this foam belt is now very popular for low-impact fitness training as well. It is designed to allow the body to float vertically, with the foam distributed at the level of the hips. It is offered in 3 sizes: small (120 lbs and less), medium (120-180 lbs), and large (180 lbs and more). These are suggested weights only.
