The 40 mm Instinct E takes a 20 mm band. These are Garmin’s own replacements in four silicone colours: Charcoal, Black, Twilight and Ember Orange.
All four are the same price and carry the factory keeper and buckle. On a small monochrome case the strap is the only thing that changes the look of the watch, which is why a spare in a second colour tends to get used more than it sounds like it would.
