The Jabsco Amazon Bulkhead Manual Bilge Pump surface mounts on a bulkhead or deck, so no large cutout is needed. The diaphragm design moves up to 10 GPM (45 L/min) through 1-inch bore hose and self-primes from the bilge pickup. It works with no electrical power at all.
Surface mounting makes it easy to add to an older boat or a small boat with limited deck space. It is a good backup to an electric bilge pump, since it works regardless of battery condition. Mount it where it can be pumped comfortably for a long stretch, and keep the handle in a clip next to the pump.
