The K&S 8248 Brass Strip is a precision metal bar ideal for electrical projects, craft work, prototyping, and custom fabrication. Measuring 0.064 inches thick, 1 inch wide, and 12 inches long, this brass strip delivers the exact dimensions needed for detailed assemblies and tight tolerances without additional machining. Its high-quality brass construction offers excellent corrosion resistance, making it suitable for outdoor, marine, and high-humidity environments where metal longevity matters.
Brass strips are valued by electricians, engineers, hobbyists, and makers for their superior conductivity and aesthetic appeal. This strip combines functionality with a bright, polished finish that works equally well in functional grounding applications and decorative trim work. The material is soft enough to cut, bend, and drill by hand yet strong enough to hold fasteners and withstand repeated handling and use.
