The Lewmar LFX-10 is a lightweight fluke-style anchor that weighs 10 lb (4.5 kg). Large flukes give it strong holding power for its weight. It is easy to lift and handle on deck, even for one person.
It is built from high-grade aluminum alloy that resists corrosion in salt water. The anchor comes apart for compact storage in a locker or under a seat. That also makes it a good spare or second anchor that does not take up much room.
It comes with an instruction manual and is sold individually. Use it with enough chain and rode for the depths you anchor in. Fluke anchors set best in sand and mud bottoms. Compare it with the rest of our boat anchors.
