The NaturalAire 84858.012020 is a pleated air filter designed for any household HVAC system. This 20x20x1 inch filter uses a MERV 8 rating to capture common indoor air pollutants including household dust, pollen, pet dander, and lint, helping maintain cleaner air throughout your home. Whether you’re looking to improve air quality for allergy sufferers or simply maintain your HVAC system’s efficiency, this universal-size filter fits standard heating and cooling systems without modification.
The filter’s pleated design increases surface area compared to flat filters, allowing it to trap more particles while extending filter life. A MERV (Minimum Efficiency Reporting Value) rating provides a standard comparison of air filter performance, with higher ratings signifying greater efficiency and increased protection against airborne particles.
