Some dives simply need both hands – running a reel, working a camera, managing stage bottles. The OrcaTorch Mazu TD01 moves your light to your head: a Luminus LED main lamp produces up to 1200 lumens through a 17-degree beam that reaches 183 meters, flanked by an auxiliary red LED on each side for approaching marine life or signaling without wrecking night vision. A magnetic rotary switch clicks positively between white high and low, red high and low, and a red signal mode, even in thick gloves.
The 180-degree adjustable bracket uses the familiar action-camera fin mount, so the TD01 straps to your head with the included strap, bolts to a helmet for cave and wreck work, or rides on a wrist mount. High heat dissipation lets it run topside as well as underwater, and the A6061-T6 aluminum body with Mil-Spec Type III hard anodizing is depth rated to 150 meters. This kit includes two 18650 3400mAh USB-C rechargeable batteries plus the head strap, mounting bracket, charging cable, and spare O-rings – a charged spare cell for every dive day.
