The Rod Saver Deluxe Stainless Transom Tie-Downs are a pair of 2 inch by 4 foot straps with Rod Saver’s best over-center locking buckle. Wrap-around buckle protection keeps them clamped under the worst road conditions. Each strap is rated at 1,200 lb.
American-made stainless steel S-hooks suit saltwater use. The over-center buckle won’t loosen from road vibration. That’s important on long tows.
They’re sold as a pair, one for each transom eye. Inspect the webbing and buckles before each trip. Inspect the surrounding brackets and fasteners during installation, since worn mounting hardware can undermine a new replacement part. Browse more trailer tie-downs.
