  • Microload in 5 lb jumps: Attach a 2.5 lb hex to each end of a dumbbell to add 5 lb, so you can progress when the next pair of dumbbells is too big a jump.
  • Powerful magnetic hold: Strong magnets lock onto bare iron or steel dumbbells and weight-stack plates for a secure hold during presses, curls, and rows.
  • Hex shape: Sits flat against the ends of 1 in pro-style hex dumbbells; intended for metal dumbbells, not Olympic barbells.
  • Metal only: Must contact bare iron or steel and will not stick to rubber, urethane, neoprene, or vinyl-coated dumbbells.
  • Protective coating: A coating on the outer surface prevents scratching of your dumbbells and equipment during use and storage.
  • Ideal for rehab and progress: A safe, scientific way to add small increments for steady strength gains or physical therapy.
