Zinsser Cover Stain Primer Spray is an oil-based primer designed to block and seal stubborn stains on both interior and exterior surfaces. Whether you’re refinishing outdoor furniture, priming stained drywall, or preparing concrete for paint, this multi-purpose primer adheres firmly to hard-to-paint surfaces that ordinary primers struggle with. It’s formulated to block stains caused by smoke, water, graffiti, and nicotine, preventing future discoloration and bleed-through.
The Turbo Spray System makes application faster and easier for medium to large projects. The oil-based formula works on a wide range of surfaces, from wood and concrete to drywall and non-galvanized metal, making it a reliable choice for interior and exterior projects alike.
